1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling or utilizing junk removal services provided by Zach's Pack Hauling Co., LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services & Estimates
Zach's Pack Hauling Co., LLC provides full-service junk removal, property cleanouts, and debris hauling in Dayton, Ohio and surrounding service areas. All estimates provided online, via telephone, or through messaging are initial non-binding estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final binding pricing is confirmed on-site before hauling begins.
3. Access & Authorization
The customer represents and warrants that they have full legal authority to dispose of all items designated for removal and that such items are located on property the customer owns or has authorization to access. The customer agrees to provide safe and clear access to the items to be removed.
4. Prohibited Materials
We cannot haul hazardous waste, toxic substances, chemical waste, asbestos, flammable liquids, pressurized tanks, radioactive materials, or explosives. The customer agrees not to include hazardous materials in items designated for removal.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior written arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, and cash. Any promotional discounts (such as our 10% first-time customer offer) must be mentioned prior to invoice finalization.
