Once priority property is secured, record what should happen to the remaining contents. A simple disposition register is more reliable than asking the removal crew to interpret verbal instructions throughout the house.
Property remaining with the estate should be removed from active work areas or clearly recorded by room and description.
Mark the person's name and arrange pickup before haul-away whenever possible. Zach's Pack should not decide whether a missed pickup becomes disposal.
Keep items requiring appraisal, legal review, estate-sale evaluation, document review, or specialist inspection outside the removal scope.
Complete the confirmed arrangement before the cleanout or clearly separate the property from removal items.
Only belongings reviewed and authorized for removal should enter the Zach's Pack scope.
If no destination has been approved, the item is not ready for removal.

Mold, Pests, or Biohazards

Extremely Heavy or Specialized Property
Identify safes, pianos, machinery, large collections, oversized furniture, and unusually dense material in separate photographs.
Material or property that was not disclosed may be excluded when it creates a safety, access, legal, equipment, or disposal concern.
What Should the Property Look Like When Hauling Is Finished?
"Clear the house" is not specific enough for an estate project. Define the included spaces and the condition expected after the approved movable contents are removed.

Once belongings are approved for haul-away, their next step depends on condition, cleanliness, completeness, material type, and available receiving options.
Donation organizations and resale outlets decide what they can accept. Recycling options also vary by material and facility. Zach's Pack must not promise that every usable-looking item will be donated or that every recyclable item will be recovered.
If an item has family, financial, sentimental, historical, or legal importance, retain it before removal rather than relying on it to be recovered after loading.
